MAY 11, 2026 | NATIONAL TWILIGHT ZONE DAY | NATIONAL FOAM ROLLING DAY | NATIONAL EAT WHAT YOU WANT DAY
Hi Everyone,
If today feels a little... strange, don't worry. It’s not just the Monday blues—it’s the calendar. We’ve entered a zone where the rules of dieting don't apply and the floor is your best friend.
Here is your May 11th "Alternative Reality":
The Permission Slip: It is National Eat What You Want Day. Yes, you read that correctly. Today is the one day a year you can ignore the kale and go straight for the pizza, donuts, or whatever your heart (and stomach) desires. No judgment, just joy.
The Dimension of Imagination: Happy National Twilight Zone Day. We’re celebrating the legendary Rod Serling and the show that taught us to expect the unexpected. It’s a day for the weird, the eerie, and the thought-provoking.
The Deep Tissue Recovery: After that big meal, you might need National Foam Rolling Day. It’s the "hurt-so-good" holiday designed to work out the knots and keep your muscles happy. Your back will thank you!
The May 11th Challenge: Eat one thing today that you normally "save for the weekend," and spend five minutes on a foam roller while watching an old black-and-white mystery.
